In order to clearly and concisely explain the invention, graphical representation of inventive concept is to be undertaken covering the product and its functioning or its operation. Unclear drawings and improper representation of its component may be detrimental in deciding fate of the patent specification and can lead to objection raised by the examining authority. This in-turn may require additional time and money to be spent to overcome the objection. Hence, it is of utmost importance that graphical representation of patent or patent illustration to be performed by highly qualified and experienced illustrator who has deep knowledge of patent process.
Utmost care is taken while doing patent illustration and is being performed by skilled individual who is well versed with patent specification and capable enough to relate all the features of the invention and its functioning while illustrating.
